Comment Guidelines

We encourage your comments on the Florida Collection Law Blog.  Please be advised, however, that we can't respond to every comment, particularly those that deal with individual cases or issues. We review comments before they're posted, and those that are spam, off-topic, or clearly promoting a commercial product generally won't make the cut. We also expect a basic level of civility- disagreements are fine, but mutual respect is a must, and profanity and abusive language will not be tolerated.

Special Note: our response to comments posted on this site does not constitute legal advice and is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship.  If you are encountering a particular legal issue or requesting a specific legal opinion, you should contact us (or another qualified attorney). Before providing services to you, we will propose a particular legal fee and request a signed legal services agreement, after which an attorney-client relationship will exist.

Read our legal disclosure here and our full terms of use here; use of this site is subject to each.
